Visit downtown Haddonfield, the home of the Indian King Tavern Museum.
This walkable, colonial-era town is located on the PATCO train line running between Center City Philadelphia and Lindenwold, New Jersey.
General admission is free, which includes tours and regular programs.
Special programs sometimes have a nominal fee.
Donations are accepted and appreciated! This helps us continue our mission of creating interesting and interactive public history!
Look for the donation box on the first floor!
Tours are given throughout the day as requested. (If possible, call 856-429-6792 before your visit to make sure staff are available.)
If our front door chalk board notes, “PLEASE RING THE BELL,” then we are available and ready for your tour. If we are currently giving a tour, a note saying, “TOUR IN PROGRESS,” will be hung on the front door. We kindly ask that you wait or enjoy downtown Haddonfield and check back later.
Groups of 10 or more should prearrange their tour. We provide school-aged and adult tours.
